Work Overview: Led optimization of the company's overseas AI product portfolio (VocalText / VocalLoka), driving 0-to-1 product development in digital health and AI hardware while partnering with algorithm teams to deliver customized B2B solutions. Core Responsibilities and Achievements: North American Growth & Monetization: Benchmarked the Top 48 North American competitors and conducted U.S. user interviews, leading to a full redesign of VocalText's feature roadmap, UX, and subscription model. Increased conversion by 16.7% within one month and reduced subscription-related return drivers by 65.6%. Multimodal AI Hardware Apps (0→1): Led end-to-end planning and delivery of companion apps for AI smart speakers and sleep earbuds, translating biosensing and acoustic foundation models into intuitive, closed-loop user experiences. Ecosystem & B2B Delivery: Secured selection into Huawei HarmonyOS "Star Program" for ecosystem support, and led requirements alignment and algorithm deployment for enterprise clients including Audi and Miaodong.

Project Background: Participated 0→1 in planning and delivering "HoloLab – AI Interactive 3D Content Generation Platform," focused on real-time 3D model generation and interactive feedback. Core Responsibilities: - Conducted user research and competitive analysis (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Tripo), identifying key market needs and differentiation opportunities in AI-driven 3D generation. - Led product planning and PRD development, structuring the 3D generation pipeline (Prompt → parameter transformation → parametric 3D AIGC) and defining module capabilities and UX standards. - Coordinated cross-functional technical integration (Python ML models, Rhino/Grasshopper, Figma, Unity AR) to productize generative workflows and build a data-driven mapping between user preferences and generation parameters, improving output consistency and controllability. Project Outcomes: - Delivered a scalable 3D AIGC solution applicable to smart home, spatial, and product design use cases. - Established an end-to-end workflow combining real-time 3D generation with AR preview, significantly shortening the creative validation cycle and completing full-cycle AI productization from research to prototype validation.

Working as an architectural designer, I was mainly involved in cultural tourism architecture and real estate projects, which involved AI-generated concepts to scheme planning, design deepening, 3D modeling, structural design and rendering performance.
